Heather started at machines and wheels in 2014. Heather was hired to join the team as a customer service representative. With no experience in the glass industry, Heather learned the industry in talking with customers daily on the phone and working closely with her coworkers and has transitioned from customer service to inside sales. Heather also decided to learn to work on machines and provides customers with technical service and support. Heather assists in all facets within the company when needed. Her hard work and dedication make her a valuable asset to Machines and Wheels. In her spare time Heather can be found at a ball field or park with her daughter or baking.
